How can I open an account?
You can open and account with Ridley Dental by going to our website, ridleydental.com, then selecting the “New Account” tab. Once you have completed the form, press “Register”, and the form will be emailed to us. Once we have processed your request, we will contact you. Processing may take a few days to complete.

How can I place an order?
You may place an order with Ridley Dental by calling us on 02 9584 0188, emailing us on accounts@ridleydental.com or through our website, ridleydental.com. Please make sure you have your customer account number to quote.

How much will the freight be?
Freight chargers depend on where the goods need to go to, the number of parcels and the weight of the parcels. Sydney metro areas with orders over $300.00 are freight free. For freight quotes please contact us and we can let you know what the freight will be for your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
If the items you have ordered are in stock and you order by 2pm, orders will leave for you that same day. Sydney metro areas usually receive their orders the next day. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. Interstate orders will take longer, with WA taking between 7-9 days.

How long will the backorders take?
If the products you have ordered are local (Australian) products, backorders will take approximately one week. If the items needs to be ordered from overseas, the backorder can take up to a month to arrive, sometimes longer, as customs can at times delay deliveries.

Can I get a discount?
Ridley Dental offers a 5% discount for order over $500.00 (excluding freight) when the order is paid for at the time of order by credit card (MasterCard & Visa only). We can also at times lower the advertised prise when items are bought in bulk. Please contact us if you are interested in buying bulk, but please note that discounted items cannot be returned for credit or exchange.

What credit cards do you take?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If paying by MasterCard or Visa at the time of ordering and the order is over $500.00, you will receive a 5% discount on your order(excluding freight). American Express payments carry a 2.5% surcharge.

How can I return something?
All orders must be checked as soon as you receive them. If there is an item that has been supplied incorrectly by us, contact us straight away and we will organise to have that item picked up and the correct item supplied to you or issue a credit to your account. If the item was incorrectly ordered by you or someone else in the surgery, you will need to contact us straight away and we will look into it. Some items cannot be returned at all, such as clearance items or indent items.
