I spoke with a female staff member before purchasing this item with the specific purpose to use it as a hand sanitiser as I have had some for a few years now and this is what i use it for as well as for disinfecting the clinic.
I was very specific and clear on the phone and the assistant was happy to have me purchase this item. "Place your order online and I will see it come in and I will process it straight way for you"
So I did.
Item arrived and I noticed theyre were mi ratio conversions for hand use.
I called your company, a man spoke, i explained my dilemma, he said to call the manufacturer, I did, I explained my dilemma again they were very abrupt in stating this is only for hard surfaces and not hands, and would not provide a ratio for dilution.
So the for this product is a waste as I can't use it for my intended use. Had the original person steered me in the direction of the hand product I would have bought that. $66 wasted.
Not happy.
